About the lesson

Students will learn what the Paris Agreement is (ex: objective, goals, etc.) and the Paris Agreement signatories. Students will look at these countries and consider what their role has been in contributing to global warming (e.g., pollution, use of fossil fuels, unsustainable use of earth’s resources). Students will compare their own country’s climate action plan to that of one other country’s national plan.
